About Ben Tremblay

I’m a web developer/eBusiness advisor with an unexplained interest for design and usability, I can’t focus on just one thing and drink too much coffee. Note that the coffee and lack of focus might be related.

I studied computer engineering, but as much as I love coding, I’m not that passionate about writing code for 8 hours straight, every day. I also eventually realized that I liked marketing and that it was something very natural to me, but not enough to really make a business or career out of it: I simply enjoy the human / creative aspect of marketing, not endless meetings about the perfect viral campaign.

I also love web design, but I hate doing it for others.

So all of this (engineering, marketing, web, design) led me to do eBusiness consulting so that businesses can improve their presence on the Web. I put a lot of efforts into data-driven optimization(analytics, A/B testing, etc.) as I’m not really that passionate about guessing what will work best (might be related to not liking endless marketing meetings about the perfect viral campaign).
