If not it's starts mixing in geo-targeting and often quality goes out of the window. It’s less noticable if you use only English version of Google page and only for searches in English. If not it’s starts mixing in geo-targeting and often quality goes out of the window. And you don’t even want to know what crap it gives when transliteration patch kicks in. :)

Microsoft is trying, but not even close to providing relevant results. Yahoo isn't too bad! I am much more likely to start search with Wikipedia or some themed site than in Google.
